We've been using the GHB for a while now and I was wondering how big games tend to be.
Comment if you have a preference and why you prefer it.

2,000 as a minimum but I love large battles and I've played more 3,000-4,000 points games recently, using points as a rough guideline only. It's a visual hobby for me, I love seeing the battles come to life on a good battlefield so I prefer even doing only one per week of this style. Narrative games or multiplayer are my favorite.

I emphasize 1000 point games to try and get new players involved.

I play all range games. From 500 points up to 2500.

1000 is a nice range: you get a few toys and that's it, enough for a teaser. Also, Ironjawz fit perfectly at this level, with an ironfist and a foot-warboss with a warchanter, making a nice CQC force the enemy won't have too much of an answer.

The vast majority of my games are 2000, though personally I would prefer more variety.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
