Hi everyone!
I've got two questions. First, I have gotten my hands on a couple used citadel paints. As it happens, some lids were better closed than others, so some of them are in a rather nasty goo-ish state right now. What do you suggest can be added to this to make the paints acceptably liquid again?
Second:
I tried one of those "how to make your own wash"-tutorials. Got myself some pigment paste, white spirit and started to mix. Well, the white spirit didn't dissolve/suspend the pigments properly. A revell paint thinner for enamel colors did the job, but it also melts any pre-existing paintjob, so it's rather bad as a wash for anything but the first raw shading of the base. So, where am I going wrong here? What should I use instead? Any tried and true recipes? I have still like 95% of that umbra pigment lying around.
