I was wanting to know where I can find the Legion of the damned army list? Is it in a White Dwarf, Index Astartes or, Chapter Approved?

CA 2004 has rules for new units and unit changes, but it is for the old codex and I don't know how valid it is now.

I talked to a few people and they sayed that I get the CA and then use the new Marine codex rules, it's still a valid army it just is not for GT just like Armored Company isn't SOME times. but I'm not building them for that anyway

It was only ever a trial, 'opponent's permission' list anyway, so it's just as valid now as it ever was.
