Is the torso and head meant to be darker?

The torso and head will be painted a different color. I just laid down the red color on the armour pieces.

Well the red looks nice so far. though some highlights and contrast would be nice.

Not bad personally a little bright for my tastes but looks good none the less. I prefer my Blood Angels in a Mephiston red main coat.

That being said it looks pretty good. I think the contrast between the dark and bright red might be a little too strong right now not sure what you plan to do from this point forward though.

Yeah I was thinking about the red being a bit too bright, I'm going to finish the oher colors and see how it turns out. Thanks everyone for the feedback.
