Basically i want to field harlequins but they lack AT so my Eldar will take over from that part.
I could drop the guardians for 4 scat bikes which is probably the best choice.

Not sure on my Harlequin set up but i only have the star/void weaver and a troupe left to build but I think the set up is fine. maybe lacking some numbers but i dont know where i could make points back up for them.
