So I bought two series 7 brushes to start painting, a size 1 and 00. The 1 came fine, perfect tip. The 00 however does not have a tip at all and I can already see hairs starting to fray. What should I do? Do they have good customer service?

I would be surprised is they don't have good customer service. Try it and report back.

There's been a lot of reports of crap w&n brushes recently, i doubt they'll be surprised if you contact them about it, and they'll replace it for you

Or, the company you bought it from, if it wasn't direct. I've never had a problem exchanging a bad paintbrush of any brand.

The brushes were bought on amazon directly through windsor and newton. I have contacted them and am returning the brush. Waiting for a response
