Hi all,

I have just finished my vanquisher tank so I thought I'd show it off you. Let me know what you think

Thanks for looking

Ed

“Because we couldn’t be trusted. The Emperor needed a weapon that would never obey its own desires before those of the Imperium. He needed a weapon that would never bite the hand that feeds. The World Eaters were not that weapon. We’ve all drawn blades purely for the sake of shedding blood, and we’ve all felt the exultation of winning a war that never even needed to happen. We are not the tame, reliable pets that the Emperor wanted. The Wolves obey, when we would not. The Wolves can be trusted, when we never could. They have a discipline we lack, because their passions are not aflame with the Butcher’s Nails buzzing in the back of their skulls.
The Wolves will always come to heel when called. In that regard, it is a mystery why they name themselves wolves. They are tame, collared by the Emperor, obeying his every whim. But a wolf doesn’t behave that way. Only a dog does.
That is why we are the Eaters of Worlds, and the War Hounds no longer."

Nice to finally see some Guard equipment on here, but talk to your logistics guys, they really shouldn't be letting rust build up like that!

Jokes aside, excellent paint job, very subtle which is nice (and the rust effects are actually very good.)

You say Fiery Crash! I say Dynamic Entry!

*Increases Game Point Limit by 100*: Tau get two Crisis Suits and a Firewarrior. Imperial Guard get two infantry companies, artillery support, and APCs.

There is not this idea.

Very nice weathering, and I like that blue color.

Thank you I've been experimenting with weathering techniques and this is the first time I've tried forge world's weathering powder. I'm quite pleased with the results.

This is just my style - restrained and grimy, rather than the more cartoony things you often see. Very nice!

To echo the comments above, I like the subtle weathering you have used on this- very believable.
