So in the wargear section describing drones it does not note that ANY of them (including gun drones) have jetpacks.
It does note under unit type for Marker & Sniper drones that they are "as user" it notes for gun drones "as user OR jump infantry/jetpacks"
I would argue that Marker Drones do have jetpacks if they are attached to a unit that has jetpacks. The flip side to this argument is that although gun drones normally have jet packs if they are taken as a fast attack choice (12pts ea) they do not have them if they are taken as a wargear item because they do not have them noted in the equipment section.
Sniper drones are a non issue b/c they can only be taken as a sniper drone team which is an infantry unit.
Premise 1: Marker drones are 'as user' unit type.
Premise 2: Although not noted in the equipment section of gun drones in the wargear section it is assumed and played that wargear gun drones have jetpacks
Conclusion: Marker Drones have jetpacks and can jetpack if they are attached to a unit that has jetpacks.
