Looks like an interesting and pretty competetive list. The only thing I would change is the infantry platoon. I would switch it out with veteran squads instead of the platoon as the vet squads have the better BS, more options, and are only 1point more per model. They also don't have the platoon command squad tax.

I was also thinking about the Deathwatch. I think one of their strengths with their formation is that they can take a lot of psykers. Maybe I should take that and have a mastery level 2 librarian join each unit and roll all on telepathy. Makes them almost like grey knights.

I don't know much about AM, but isn't there a way to get a gigantic blob of fearless dudes? (conscripts or something?)

That could be a really useful ally because Deathwatch do well with reaching out for cleaning off objectives and stuff, but suffer with board presence. If you could get something like that, it could be very good.

Also, don't forget you could put a deathwatch IC in the blob with the beacon angelis to pull up units from around the board or reserve, or the 4+ invuln if they don't 'move, or this is random... but attach an inquisitor with the Liber Heresius to scout up a bit, then coordinate some deepsriking deathwatch?

Also, I really like the Killteam formations for Deathwatch.. the re-rolls are very nice, especially if you switch your mission tactics to match for some pseudo-preferred enemy.

Another cool thing about a Deathwatch CAD, is that you can take single model units like 3 single bikes with telepot homers, and 3 single terminators with th/ss... and just provide a lot of harassment... pair that with a Blackspear Strike Force, and you could end up wiht some really accurate and deadly deep-strikes.
