I'm looking mostly for 'next time try this' type comments or 'try adding this' comments.

My current touch up plans consist of hitting the bottom of the knees and loin cloth with some orange glaze to simulate the light coming off the lava on the base.

It's probably because I play nids but unless some heavy modification is done to Nid parts I see them all as Nid parts and they don't mesh with other models to me.

Over all it looks good so far. But I would clip off some spikes/the "thumb" on the wing and add some more demony looking spikes/doo dads to make the wings more demon.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

The paint is a bit flat and the clickbait made me sad.

Oli: Can I be an orc?
Everyone: No.
Oli: But it fits through the doors, Look!

I like the colour so far but some highlighting would really make it pop a lot more. You going in the right direction though. Would like to see it when you are done.

It has the table top quality. Just more shades and highlights and it will be great. I really appreciate models with exiting highlight - shadow transitions.
