I went back to the drawing board to design a new 750 point list which was very mobile but also well equipped to deal with heavy armour

I would appreciate feedback on this list and any tips on how to make it more competitive

I would split the bikes into two units of 3 and a unit of 4 (which will be joined by the farseer as they can actually be brought to 25%). As a rule I don't like vypers as they're incredibly fragile. I especially don't like them with bright lances as they will almost always be jinking so it's unlikely they will do much and a single non-TL brightlance is unreliable at best anyway. If you want to keep them, I would say you should definitely split them into 3 units of one as it reduces the odds of them having to jink. Personally I would rather run them with duel shuriken cannons but I understand they're there for cheap AT. I had the same thought of using BL vypers for cheap AT but I have never had them do anything because they are just so fragile and so unreliable.
