I'm writing a story for my army, and this is the first draft, any constructive criticism is acceptable.
Angels of Calamity
After the warships and strike cruisers of the firs legion mercilessly bombarded Caliban and the Lion and Luther tore each other apart. The rage of the dark gods was made manifest, denied their victory, they called forth a warp storm to break what remained of the planet apart and scatter the traitor legionnaires.
Amongst them there were two blood brothers, the company master Azazel and the Librarian Alastor. Even has they were taken by the warp the fighting continued Azazel's blade tore apart so many power amours that day that the once magnificent claymore broke, however at the same time it was empowered by the warp and emerged even stronger, has they exited a hundred loyalists lied dead at their feat. But even then the fighting had not ended, they soon found themselves in a world besieged by the world eaters.
The defenders of this world, a knightly order of small sized titans had nearly fell only one was still standing, with little words they were forced to join forces, fought their way to a abandoned prototype imperial navy light cruiser and promptly warp traveled back to Caliban.
They never fell to the ruinous powers and were not going to be hunted like traitors, so the brothers devised a plan. They assumed the identities of those they killed and upon arriving at the newly formed rock they joined the dark angels and were latter made into the successor chapter, The Angels of Calamity.
They are disgusted at what the imperium had become in the absence of the emperor, but recognize that there is nothing to gain by falling to chaos or going renegade. Only the brothers and the ancient venerable dreadnoughts know the truth about the chapter, only by surpassing the already high levels of secrecy of the Dark Angels can they survive, there only goal is to protect the Imperium of man, from both renegade, xenos, heretics, and the corrupt inquisition, until the god emperor finally returns to smite the traitors that hide behind fake fanaticism and misguided faith. For these reason the chapter mightiest warriors have procured stasis technology from the age of strife, with the intent of prolonging there life's.
