So, feeling like busting out my sisters after smashin up with my orks. Since the army build dynamics are a bit different, I need a bit of help. Here's where I'm at:
Uriah Jacobs
9 Celestians: Flamer, H Flamer, Repressor
(Two of these) 5 Sisters: Flamer, H Flamer, Melta bomb, rhino
5 Sisters: H Bolter, Rhino
(Two) 5 Dominions: 4 Melta guns, Immolator with TLMM.
Thoughts? Help?

Ah, Celestians.
Um... In fairness, I guess they're not the *worst* Melee unit in the game? 140 points gets you 30 S4, WS4 attacks on the charge. That kind of damage is rivaled by such units as 60 points of Ork Boys, and Assault Marines get all that and more for the same cost, since they're always at S4, and get T4 and I4 to boot.
In my experience, the best way to use Sisters is to capitalize on what they do well, and cut the rest of the army down to the bone.
Dominions with Melta are, as it happens, one of those 'What they do well' choices, since 4 Scouting, ignores-cover Meltaguns (and a TL MM) is a great way to pop some tanks fast. Whatever you do, keep them around.
5 Seraphim with Hand Flamers, meanwhile, costs a mere 95 points but can lay down a single turn of excellent anti-infantry fire, and are just as good in Melee as Celestians, with better overwatch, Hammer of Wrath, and rerollable invulns to boot. (They lose Furious Charge, but boo-hoo.)
A personal favorite, if a bit pricey, unit is 10 Dominions with Heavy Bolters and a Simalcrum Imperialis. They can lay down a vast amount of midfield Rending shots, making them a good objective camper that can harass any enemy.
I'm not as impressed with Exorcists as some, the randomized shot number can bite you when you're in a pinch, and while it's reasonably cheap, it's by no means a steal. Averaging 2 S8 AP1 wounds a turn is nothing to write home about.
Battle Sisters are... Unfortunate. I want to love them, but they're just so bad at what they do. Best thimg I can say about them, a squad of 5 is cheap, and can soak up a bit of damage if your opponent lacks any AP3 shooting and has all his firepower divided up too much. YMMV, but keep them lean and camping on objectives.

I like coupling Celestians with Uriah because he gives them a 5++, and his other priestly abilities.
I agree on the exorcist. If I know I'll be facing a lot of armor I'll take two for opposite corner side armor shots, but otherwise they're not so hot.
When you talk about the Dominions with heavy bolters, do you mean Retributors?
Yes, melta Dominion squads are savage, with that ability to ignore cover

Yeah, I meant Retributors. I usually stick Uriah with them too, for the extra Act of Faith, but that's only if I don't have anything better to do with him.
In my opinion, a better use of Uriah - if you want a real Sisters of Battle melee unit - would be to stick him in a unit of Repentia. They're insanely fragile, sure, but his Warlord Trait at least makes their invuln not-entirely-useless, and if you can get into close combat you hit like a freight train carrying dynamite and chainsaws.

That's be pretty funny. Sadly, I play irks pretty aggressively locally, so other players keep a super sharp eye out for assaults from me. And without an assault vehicle, I just can't get them to last :/
