I and many other XBOX users have been having trouble with games with Gold on XBOX ONE. For some reason, the games install page loops back to the GWG hub and the 360 games don't work full stop.
I have found a fix.
Simply log on to the XBOX webstore, using your MS account and press the 'Get This' Button on the page, the game will be added to your 'Ready to Install' list instantly.

Just thought I would share this for anyone having these problems.
