-Chaplain runs with the Terminator Squad.
-Assault Terminator Sergeants have claws to attack at initiative in case they face a challenge.
-Assault Squad for close-range anti-tank, Devastator Squad for ranged anti-tank.
-Dreadnoughts hunt monstrous creatures, elite infantry, light vehicles etc.
-Tactical squads torch infantry before charging, Veteran Sergeant upgrades gives a nice extra attack at Ap3.
This list is all about striking quickly and destroying as much as possible in each strike, making up for the lack of ObSec by trying to destroy enemy objective holding units.

You may want to consider making some room for locator beacons/teleport homers for the termies. I wouldnt want to risk that many points mishapping.

That is a very good point. Drop the Veteran Sergeant upgrades to buy Teleport Homers?

You could cut the drop pod for the devs and spend that on locator beacons for the other pods. The ml's have range anyway so shouldn't need the pod.

I would run the Devs in a rhino instead that way you can get them where you want and they can still shoot.

I would consider dropping the power swords instead of the upgrades to get the Teleport beacons. Personally I don't see much use in using the power swords.

Instead of ml for the devs have you thought about using grav instead since they are now available for the BA?

I agree on the swords and the vet sergeants since you have terminator muscle coming in. My lists with vets/swords don't terminators.
