My last time I played 40K was when the 6th edition just came out! Now I see that we are now in the 7th and so many new armies and rules have been added. I have some questions that I'm hoping that some of you can help me with before I spend a fortune AGAIN!

I want a good fast attack army, but want to stick with only one army. Which of the 4 armies would make the best according to 7th edition?
( Necrons - Space Marine (Any) - Dark Eldar - Eldar )

Assuming you helped me choose one of the 4, what is a good 1850 list of that army.

Either Space Marines White Scars or Eldar Jetbikes would be a great army.
