I've been wondering if the Primarchs were ever gathered in one place to meet each other?

I Believe the Edict of Nikea was one time

I'm not sure if all Primarchs were there for Ullanor, but I'd definitely say was an envoy at both Ullanor and Nikea.

In Nikaea there were lot of primarchs too, but one more time not all of them. Fulgrim, Magnus, Leman Russ, Dorn, Sanguinius, Corax and Mortarion

I seriously doubt there was ever a time when all 20 Primarchs were together. I mean as each Primarch was found they were pretty quickly given command of their legion and then sent off through the galaxy on the crusade. I mean were all the Primarchs even found before the 2nd and 11th "disappeared".

No IIRC they disappeared before Corax and Alpharius/Omegon were found.

Incorrect. The scene in Deliverance Lost is referring to the two primarchs who had yet to be discovered (11 and Alpharius), not the two lost primarchs (2 and 11). We know the full discovery order of all primarchs. All primarchs were found before the two went missing and all primarchs did meet each other at least once. The only time that all 20 Primarchs were together was in the incubation tubes.

I'm not sure they were even together in the tubes, was it five Primarchs or five chapters that were created in isolation?

Other than being together at tubes, they were also together at Holy Terra before going off to meet with the Emperor and find out who they were dealing with. Also, they weren't together for Nikea and Ullanor, Ferrus Manus mised Ullanor. I apologize for misspellings.

There's no known single time.

At the Triumph of Ullanor, it was only the Emperor and Horus, Dorn, Sanguinius, Lorgar, Angron, Mortarion, Magnus, Fulgrim, and Jaghatai

At Nikea, it was Magnus, Sanguinius, Russ, Mortarion, Dorn, and Fulgrim

At Isstvan V after the Drop Site Massacre there was a traitor Primarch meeting where Horus, Angron, Mortarion, Fulgrim, Lorgar, Curze, Perturabo, and Magnus (via projection) attended.

Those are the 3 largest Primarch gatherings.

From the books we know it wasn't possible. Because Corax was found after at least one Primarch was already banished/purged (II or XI).

Also, there are 21 Primarchs, not 20.

On Nikea there were only Magnus, Sanguinius, Fulgrim, Russ and Mortarion.

I think that all the Primarchs might be present during one or more sessions of the Crusade's War Council, which included every single one of them, altough not one author has described such meeting, at least not yet.
