Hello, welcome to my showcase thread.
I'll slowly expand this thread with new or reworked content so everytning might be a subject of change.

BACKGROUND:
Europa is a solar system located on the very edge of Garon Nebulae, also knows as Hell Stars, costisting out of 6 habitable celestial bodies. (Europa Prime, Flecis, Risha, Aetheris, Neutra, Ostrakan)
It has been established as a naval base for the Garon Nebulae crusade led by Black Templars, but as crusade stopped and crusades retreated, they left the colonists to their own fate. As time passed by, the colony developed into small empire with it's own goverment. Loyal, but forgotten.

Here you can see all armed forces, most frequently the Imperial Guard units of the 4th Neutran Armoured Division. You may also see the Sisters of Battle of the Order of the Silver Hand. You cal also encounter various references to pop-culture and real life.

Lord Commissar Blake Lionhearth is the most senior commissar in the 4th Neutran, usually deployed beside veteran grenadiers.
[CLASSIFIED] Access denied. High-level security clearance required!
Commissar Garreth Steel is regular commissar, trained in armoured tactics and infantry support. He is attached to special infantry units specialising in supporting armoured assault.
G/Sgt. Hans Walken is a strongest man in the 4th Neutran and he has been assigned a heavy machinegun.
Maj. Erwin König is senior sniper and tutor in Neutran sniper school, rarely deployed into combat. But when he is, his target would have very, very bad day.
Col. Hans Falke, the commander of the 1st company of the 4th Neutran Armoured.
Cpl. Dell Conagher is a very able soldier and acts as a honor guard of the Col. Falke
Maj. Thomas Gauge is a Master of Ordinance.
Pvt. Oliver Laxmann is sharpshooter and Falke's honor guard.
Josef Weismann is a head of 4th Armoured's medical corps. He's equipped with experimental healing device adn acts as a combat medic.

It is nice to see, that someone else had a similar idea. I themed my Astra Militarum as Europa aswell. As i can see are the names a well combination from several European countries. Nice idea. The medic, is well done and a very good copy of the TF2 medic ;D

Those are german Stahlhelms from Blitzkrieg Infantry kit for Bolt Action game.

I'm not sure what do you mean by the references, but HWT are not references to anything.
