I seem to be confused.

The contemptor dreadnought in IA2 Vol2 only lists vanilla marines/dark angels as potential users. The FW errata mentions nothing on the subject. Yet, 1d4 lists it as a viable choice, and FW sells other chapters contemptor dreadnought bodies.

Furthermore, the angels of death supplement only mentions codex space marines.

so can other armies (space wolves, blood angels) take these?

This is a case by case situation. Angels of Death is specifically only for Vanilla Space Marines.

on the case of comtemptors there are BA and SW compteptor rules in IA:Apoc (2013) which are still valid
