Im looking for suggestions to make better use of any strengths Nurgle can provide a list.

Princes are MCs not ICs so they can't join the drones. GUO's are awesomely tough but so abominably slow that I just don't see it contributing much even with precision deepstriking. I'd drop him and just run two CADS and use the points to add a couple more heralds to attach to the drones possibly beefing up the number of drones as well. Alternatively, you have all of the units included to run a rotswarm already so consider that

Double CAD is probably the way to go. GUO's are fun and can be useful, but are hard to get into positoin. If you stick with it you'll likely want to drop him on the drones plague banner. It can be helpful to give a unit of Plaguebearers an icon and instrument to help bring him in too.

One note on your rewards: You cannot swap a Greater Reward twice for both of the greater magic weapons. The Plague Flail is also a lesser reward, which you have not purchased (unless this was just a typo). You don't always need the Balesword either, some of the Greater Rewards are really amazing and you may want to keep them, so don't always go right for the Balesword.
