hey there,

If I put 3 bullgryns infront my of ''paskisher'' does enemy get a coversave from the main gun ? It should shoot over the bullgryns.

Depends do the bullgryns block any line of site from the gun fiering? If not then no. It's the same as if you put a lemon Russ behind an ages defence line. Tank gets cover save but things it's shooting at don't as its not blocking line of site

hull mounted lascannon for example ? That is blocked, so i guess enemies do get cover save from that,

Maybe.

Point is: get down and look.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.

You should be able to get 25% front arc coverage from 1 or 2 ogryn/bullgryn, and still be able to allow the hull mounted weapon an unobstructed LOS. As mentioned get down.

But if even if you have a clear line of site if you shoot between 2 models of the unit it will Still confer the cover save

This game iuses True Line of Sight so this question can only be answered on a specific cases by cases basis by physically looking at the the models and decided if they are 25% obscured

The hull mounted weapon is off to the left side of the vehicle. If you put 1 or 2 Ogryn /bullgryn on the right side you will get the coverage and still be able to fire the hull weapon unobstructed. I am not disputing that firing through 2 models of the same squad wouldn't evoke a cover save, merely that careful placement is very doable with the Leman Russ and Ogryn/bullgryn squad and still be able to have LOS without obstruction.

I use the Cult Mechanicus Cohort Cybernetic to cover two Cadian Command Tank Group in. Cadian Battle Group. Or even better throw in a Hell hammer and ignore cover saves altogether.

Move the Ogryns out of the way in the Movement phase, shoot with the Russ then Run the Ogryns in front. Simple, no?

You shouldn't be worried about the one bullet with your name on it, Boldric. You should be worried about the ones labelled "to whom it may concern"-from Blackadder goes Forth!

I have a couple of problems with running, though. First, if a unit isn't engaging it isn't killing, thus not on the offense. Second, running is a gamble. If you have nothing to target and need to get a couple inches closer to an objective it is somewhat effective, but you can't rely on running....at least not with my dice.
