This is a silly one.

Necron Deathmarks have a special rule where, when an enemy unit arrives from Deep Strike Reserve, the Deathmark unit may immediately arrive from Deep Strike Reserve as well.

The rules state "at the end of that enemy Movement Phase", the Deathmarks get a free round to shoot, but may not shoot in the next turn.

Allies of Convenience are treated as enemies. The question is now whether the following not RAI scenario is RAW-legal?

A Necron army takes a Terminator Annhilation Force for Chaos. They're Allies of Convenience so they're enemies. The Terminators Deep Strike in, while firing some shots due to their formation, with the Deathmarks immediately following suit due to Ethereal Interception. They fire rounds at the end of that movement phase. Since it's not "the following turn", they can still shoot in the subsequent Shooting Phase while taking advantage of Hunters from Hyperspace for both rounds of shots. The Terminators can also shoot in the Shooting Phase as well.

For Ethereal Interception you can only fire at enemy units that arrived from Reserves that turn.

Spoiler:
At the end of that enemy Movement phase, any friendly Deathmarks unit that arrived on the board in this manner during that turn may fire its weapons at any enemy unit that arrived from Reserves that phase

You can still trick your Deathmarks into play using a Drop Pod or something similar but you will only get one round Hunters From Hyperspace shooting.

I somehow felt I was missing something. Welp, that clears things up, though it looks like the auto-reserve trick would be cute with certain Tau formations.
