...but when I do I try it on a $1600 model and do them really tiny.

"Let them hate, as long as they fear."

I wouldnt call these done but I have to step away from them for a few days so that I can reset my eyes and look at them with a cleansed palette. I know the banners need work, we'll see what else I go back and touch up.
So now that I have a bit more confidence, I wish that I had spent time glazing. I wasnt sure it would all work out during the process, so I feel like I can take a slower approach next time and work on blending.

Anyway I wanted to share, this kind of stuff is something Ive always had an internal voice saying 'You cant do that' and now that Ive tried it in earnest its really not that bad. Nothing world changing but its a
big step forward for me as a painter.

No post would be complete without pointing out that you can donate $10 to Doctors Without Borders AND enter to win this Warlord titan, its going to be raffled off Christmas Day. We've raised $1090 in 24 hours,

They look absolutely awesome! Good job.

"Trust in the Emperor at the hour of battle.
Trust to him to intercede, and protect his warriors true as they deal death on alien soil.
Turn their seas to red with the blood of their slain.
Crush their hopes, their dreams
And turn their songs into cries of lamentation."
