I was wondering if this would work as a list? Autarch rolls with the hawks. I'm not sure whether to trade out the Autarch for a Farseer. Any suggestions welcome.

Autarchs are pretty much just for boosting Reserve Rolls, but given that none of your units (Hawks**) needs Reserve Rolls, I'd go farseer on a bike instead. All your units should start on the table in most situations (Drop Pod marines being more situational and in need of At the Time Revision).

**
Hawks: The general rule on the US west coast has it that Hawks can start on the table Turn 1, and going into Ongoing Reserves. So, no need for an autarch.
