I've gathered dual flamers on Crisis Suits are not recommended, but I'm sitting at 1848 points right now. I could swap the pair of flamers for a single burst cannon or dump seeker missiles on the broadsides and kit the 2 flamer Crisis Suits out with missile pods, but I'm starting to really like the seeker missiles and their AP 3. I could also dump the commander's Marker Drones, but I'm just concerned I'm not going to have enough markerlights in the army. I'm also a bit concerned with the Commander's survivability with just a 3+/FNP. I haven't field tested the Fusion Blades, and they're a bit expensive at 50 points. I could dump them and pick up either a Shield Gen and/or Trade the Networked Markerlight armor for Iridium.

If you're running a Commander with Marker Drones you should give it a Drone Controller. BS5 Markerlights are very good. Right now your Commander is dual purpose. They work best when focused to do one thing really well. The Fusion Blades are a big price to pay. I would make that Commander a Markermander (Drone Controller, 2x Missile Pod with Target Lock if you want) and lose the Fusion Blades. After that, take a FA slot of 4x Marker Drones and join the Commander to it.
Flamers are fine on Crisis suits. Keep them close to your Broadsides and use them for Overwatch support.
You may as well run those Riptides in a Riptide Wing. Nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Thanks for the recommendations.
I'll try running a Markerlight support commander and see what that does to my force multiplier support. Would you recommend him to be in just a box-stock Crisis Suit, Iridium or Networked Armor?
Also, please explain how this Riptide Wing works. I've read the rules breakdown and understand the special rules - Reroll Novas, +1 BS if targeted by another member of the wing and 1/game Hailfire, but I don't have the Mont'ka book so I don't know when I can take it. Can I take it as the required Riptide unit in a Retaliation Cadre like in this example?

The riptide wing is a formation so it would not be in the retaliation cadre, you need 3 squads of riptide but you have 3 in your list. I

For the Commander, all you need is the Drone Controller. You can get by with regular Crisis armour and rely on jump shoot jump to stay alive. If you have the points for Iridium armour, it's not a bad investment because it allows your Commander to soak wounds for the unit, but it's not essential. For the Riptides, you would just add on a Riptide Wing Formation that is separate from the Dawn Blade Contingent. The Riptides won't benefit from "Killing Blow", but whatever. If you do that though, you would need to get one more Riptide to satisfy the Retaliation Cadre requirements.
