So I've come up with a few ideas for Kill Team, although I don't have the rules to hand so I can't assign specialists. If anybody can give any suggestions for how to improve any of these, particularly the CE and DE ones, that would be appreciated.

The best advice I can think of is to focus on fitting as many bodies into your lists as possible. The key to Kill Team is more models, not necessarily better ones. Every model is a single save away from leaving the game, so you want a Team that can make the enemy roll saves with high volumes of fire which doesn't diminish as the game wears on. More models also makes you more resistant to Break tests against opponents running small Kill Teams.

For the Skits, I'd dump the Dragoons and take a unit of Vanguard, a unit of Rangers, an Arc Rifle each, and fill the rest out with extra bodies. For the Eldar I'd take two units of Guardian Defenders and give one of them a Starcannon platform. Follow that pattern for the rest of the factions; minimum wargear, maximum shootan'.
