These seem fine to me. The tri-shot pistol could be simplified as having the statline of a normal pistol that simply fires 3 shots, but no big deal there.

ATTENTION. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

I wanted it to give an extra attack in close combat.
...
I gave him a Dispersion Shield, didn't I?
...
I'll go change that. Any ideas on points cost?

No points cost to go with these? Kinda hard to give feedback without a point of reference. Also, what is the voidblade? Is it a warscythe of some sort? Because in that case the hyperphase sword will almost never be used because the warscythe is a flat out better weapon. The concept of Ra-Khem is interesting but within the context of the Necron army it is going to be hard to fit him in most lists since he has no access to transports outside of Night Scythes and relying on a Cryptek with the Veil of Darkness to get him to where he needs. The Cryptek's tri-shot pistol also needs sniper added into its profile because as is SX AP5 does nothing without it.

I'm not sure how to point these guys-I'd actually like some advice on that front.
The Voidblade is an AP 4 Entropic Strike weapon. Praetorians can get it.
Good call on adding the Sniper rule.

It's an AP: 4 Weapon with Rending and the melee version of Gauss. Used by Praetorians who want more Attacks and can be taken by Lords. Not a bad weapon over all, and could be seen as superior to the Hyperphase Sword in most cases. The Flayer Claw ( AP: 5, Shred) and the Whip Claw (null AP, +3 Initiative) are a little out there as options.

That's really no different than any other Unique Necron Character, and all other Characters outside the Destroyers, Command Barge, and C'tan, really. And Independent Characters can ride the Ghost Ark (just can't buy it, but still normal for most ICs).
Grimskul does have a point in what direction you are planning on taking Ra-Khem. First off, what is his Unit Type? Is he Infantry or a Destroyer? If Infantry, is he a Flayer Overlord? If a Flayer Overlord, why does he not have Deep Strike and Infiltrate?
Tamatsu does have an issue with his Pistol, as the "3" after "Pistol" means nothing in the base rules. If you want it to have all the advantages, just make it a dual-profile Weapon with one being Assault 3, Sniper and have the Melee Profile provide an Additional Attack.

You know, I didn't think of making Ra-Khem a Flayer Overlord. But that's a neat idea! I'll add on Infiltrate and Deepstrike to him, to match the regular Flayed Ones.

Doesn't dispersion shield have a rule that specifically disallows bonus attacks for 2 weapons?
|
These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

It does. Much like the Storm Shield in that respect.

I noted that earlier, which is why I just made it Pistol 3.
And I know, technically that means absolutely nothing, but the intent is clear, and this is homebrew anyway.

Am I the only one who sees the missed opportunity of "Ra-Khem" and " Sa-khem"?
Otherwise, they seem pretty cool to me, barring points cost

Screw you.
Post exalted, but SCREW YOU!
Also, added points. No idea if they're a good baseline, so let me know if I over or undercosted them!

I think your points cost are right on target. Both are reasonably priced with neither being a no-brainer and as far as I know are not available in a Decurion so are not super-crazy with a base 4+ RP save (outside of the Cryptek but they effectively start with it).
Any particular reason why Ra-Khem has Relentless? It doesn't pass over to his squad and he doesn't have any ranged weapons so it feels a bit redundant for him to have it.

They are meant to be taken in a decurion, replacing a cryptek or overlord.
Originally, he was also meant to have a big-ass gun. But that ended up not happening.
Glad to know they're reasonably pointed!
