Depends what situation you roll. If you just have to pummel the

out of the enemy, then litterally everything is fine. If you need to be zipping around securing objectives, then you need something else. You have loads of anti-tank, so what I reckon you could do would be to drop some of those autocannons, and take some chimeras as dedicated transports for a few squads of veterans. If you wanted to keep the autocannons for heavy infantry and light vehicles, then ditch the lascannons and take melta vets in said chimeras. Also, you need more vox casters. All the infantry blobs need them.
Lastly you might want to consider getting some conscripts for cheap, disposable cannon fodder. Use them to grab objectives, absorb fire, and plink down enemy troops if you must. Keep them in cover and go to ground for extra survivabity and increased rage from your opponents. (Trust me, nothing is funnier than seeing two tactical squads fire into conscripts with +4 saves, then going to ground for +3 saves, only to watch them waste a turn of shooting on some cheap buggers. Stick a commissar in the back for them never running, and you have a rediculous little objective grabber should you keep them alive.
