I have some Warriors of Chaos to assemble. I haven't played any AoS yet, but I know that, strategically, the game revolves around keyword synergies. Now, I want to theme this army around Slaanesh, and when I look at the Chaos Lord of Slaanesh profile, I see that the Lord of Excess hero ability grants a unit within 12'' an additional attack with the same weapon if they roll a 6 to hit.
I figure this would synergise well with the Berserk Fury ability Warriors of Chaos get if they are equipped with dual weapons, potentially leading to a bunch of extra attacks. The shields make them more survivable though. What do you think?

Coming from a fellow Chaos player, id say stick with the Rune Shield. Most list out there are sportng some nasty ways to do mortal wounds plus Berserk fury doesnt grant an extra attack but re-rollable 1's to hit.

He is proably talking about the chaos lord of slaanesh's command ability to give a unit additional attacks on 6+ to hit having synergy with rerollable 1's having higher chance of generating additional hits

Yeah , i caught that after i posted. Either way 2 attacks with the potential for a 3rd is great but you have to get across the field first which is why i recommend shields.
