Coming back to the tournament scene after around 7 years out and I have no idea what's good anymore. Been theorycrafting with the Necron Codex and the Decurion Detachment, and just picked what looks good to me but I'd like some feedback if possible guys?

RECLAMATION LEGION
Overlord; Warscythe, Phase Shifter, Res Orf
10 Immortals w/ Gauss
3 Tomb Blades with Nebuloscope and Sheild Vanes
2x 10 Warriors

CANOPTEK HARVES
Spyder
3x Wraith with Whip Coils
3x Scarab Bases

DESTROYER CULT
Destroyer Lord; Warscythe, Phase Shifter, Res Orb
3 Destroyers
2 Destroyers, 1 Heavy Destroyer
2 Destroyers, 1 Heavy Destroyer

JUDICATOR BATALLION
Triarch Stalker w/ Heat Ray
5x Praetorians
5x Preatorians

Not sure how this will do but its basically just stuff I already have with a few other bits so I'd love to see what changes you guys would make.

You have a good start and you have indeed picked the best formations available for the necrons.

I do however feel you're trying to do a bit too much though. One stalker giving that bs5 bubble will get targeted down fast. Being open topped once your quantum shielding is gone you're dead. So if you take justicar take at least 2 stalkers.

The Harvest is good, great in fact. But the vulnerability is obviously the spyder. Can't take more than one so most people take multiple harvests to increase target saturation and for more sweet reanimation protocols on wraiths and scarabs. Both of which are excellent tarpits.

The overlord is good. I'm not a huge fan of red orb without lychguard(this way is you even save on guy you almost make your points back). Same issue with the destroyer lord.

I don't like mixing heavy destroyers and regular ones. I've seen the mathhammer and it really is close but for me they just have different targets. Heavys want to shoot tanks/wraithknights regulars want space marines. Their preferred enemy therefore only lets you fail on a 2 and then to wound also. With the formation bonuses and potentially a stalker to boost to bs5 you get a pseudo twin link. So re rolls to everything basically.

Other than that just keep in mind what you want your units to do. Tournament necrons don't really have the firepower to table. They outlast and out score people. So more tomb blades is never bad. I also love particle beamers, for the odd ork or genestealer cult.

I run a very similar list, i dont have the destroyer cult but instead run both my wariors in ghost arks and use 10 deathmarks to push people off of objectives.

I run something very similar to your core... I do include Lychguard with Scythes when I'm feeling like wrecking something... swords and boards when I'm not.
Then I throw in the Royal Court with Imotekh, Orikan, and Oberyon, add them to the Orb Lord and Lychguard and you get a nice Deathstar.
Then, throw in about 3 units of 8 Flayed Ones. It'll take them 2 turns to eat through a tac squad, but it'll be fun and they get to reroll their scatter. It's more of a fun list, but I don't often get beaten by my opponents list... only outplayed.
