Hello all! Soooo...where to start.
A buddy of mine first introduced me to warhammer in the summer of 1996 roughly. He had bought the 5th edition starter set which had Brettonians and Lizardmen armies in it. We played a few games here and there...but my interest in the hobby was drawn in by the painting aspect of things. Also, they had zombies and skeletons. I'm a horror movie nut.
So I started by collecting random undead miniatures and painting the crap out of them. Unfortunately I was never able to build a full army when I was younger (didn't have a job and no money at the age of 14. I was at my parents mercy) For a long time I got out of the hobby. Partying, women, college....ok. I did none of that stuff. Worked and hung out with the future Mrs.
Jump ahead to with in the last few years, I decided to get back into the hobby and hone my painting skills. I not only paint Games Workshop models, but anything that's plastic. Zombicide, Ghostbusters, Mars Attacks...to name a few. But my main passion is and always will be Warhammer. Thanks for reading.
