A while back I got a BA and Nid starter set and Just got around to building my bugs. I know they army isn't that strong but I just want to have a fun army to play against people with fun and character being the theme. Heres the 1850 I'm going to start going for.

Personally not a fan of warriors or prime. Swarm lord while he can be much fun I find waste most of his battles chasing things around, then getting tarpitted and doing not a whole lot.

If I were to do a big bug list, I'd add in a Mawloc or two for they're brilliant deep strike rule. Give the electroshock grub to my flyrants for anti vehicle. Then as many troop choice tervigons you can fit. Oh and you can't forget our beloved Dakkafex.

Dunno how that's is point wise as I'm without codex, But something like that. Granted this is all personal taste. Though gives you lots of big bugs but also some obsec units and good synapse cover. Sprinkle in some venomthropes for cover save goodness and I feel it could be a friendly competitive list.
