So, I did some list tinkering just to see how well Sisters would work with Deathwatch pals, and here's a list I came up with:

ADEPTA SORORITAS- COMBINED ARMS DETACHMENT

St. Celestine- 135
5 Battle Sisters- flamer, heavy flamer, VS w. combi-flamer- 85
-Immolator w. twin-linked multi-melta- 65

6 Seraphim- 2 hand flamers, Seraphim Superior w. melta bombs- 125
5 Dominions- 4 meltaguns- 105
-Repressor- 75

-Repressor- 75
Exorcist- 125
Exorcist- 125

DEATHWATCH- COMBINED ARMS DETACHMENT

Librarian- mastery level 2, force stave, melta bombs, Tome of Ectoclades- 110
7 Deathwatch Veterans- 4 combi-meltas, 2 frag cannons- 244
-Drop Pod- 35
5 Deathwatch Veterans- stalker boltguns- 135

TOTAL: 1844

Thoughts:

-The overall gist is, Deathwatch in the pod deliver a strong alpha strike, guys in the back provide supporting fire to my Sisters.
-For the podding squad, I'm considering several options, including: switching the combi-meltas for plasmas (especially since Mission Tactics can let me reroll 1's), possibly investing in some storm shields, and/or dropping a few squaddies and the combi-weapons in exchange for a Blackshield with a heay thunder hammer. Alternatively, I could throw a Locator Beacon on the pod in case I want to deep strike with Celestine and the Seraphim.
-The reason why I'm not going for 4 frag cannons: partly because I want more bodies, partly because I like the utility of Deathwatch boltguns, and partly because I don't want to be "that guy" (even though a 4-frag podding squad is amazing for its damage output)
-As another big alternative, of course, I could just field a single Kill Team instead of a CAD, in which case I'm thinking of an Aquila Kill Team similar to the podding squad above, possibly with storm shields, a a hammer Blackshield and/or a Termie with assault cannon, and the Librarian of course.

Any thoughts?

Why would you take combi meltas over regular ones?

Right, I almost forgot that Deathwatch can take special weapons in addition to specialist-ammo bolters. It's an easy change for me to make, though.

Any other thoughts?

Drop all of the Veteran Superior upgrades. With Saint Celestine Your AoFs will be going of on 10s anyway and anything that hits a unit of sisters is probably wiping out a unit of sisters. Also drop one seraphim, one bolter seraphim isn't that big of a deal. Finally use those points to change 2 combi-meltas for 2 more frag canons and put the 2 combi-meltas that were on the deathwatch guys on the SoB Dominion Superiors.

My problem with this list is thus: you are reinforcing strength with strength. Both Sisters and Deathwatch are mid to short range armies and really good at dealing with armor. Neither of them are really meant for close combat or long range shooting. (Seraphim with St. Celestine, withstanding).
I'm planning on pairing my Sisters with Death Company for that same threat overload. Another option would be guard... a guard blob with some Priests would be an amazing thing on the battlefield.
I just don't think that Deathwatch are the best allies for sisters, or vice-verse.
