I've picked up some necron stuff the past few months, and this is the list I put together with the models I got so far.

Reclamation Legion 650
Overlord w/ Warscythe, Res Orb, Phase Shifter 150
10 Warriors 130
10 Warriors 130
10 Tesla Imortals 170
3 Tomb Blades w/ Particle Beamers, Nebuloscopes, and 2 Shieldvanes 70

Canoptek Harvest 350
Canoptek Spyder 50
6 Canoptek Wraiths 240
3 Canoptek Scarabs 60

Deathbribger Flight 320
Doomscythe 160
Doomscythe 160

5 Deathmarks 90
5 Deathmarks 90

1500

I also have Obyron and 2 lords as well. Maby make a royal court? Shoud I swap the Doomscyth for Nightscyths for the Warriors, and immortals? I'm also thinking about a Ghosark to regen warriors.Any othe ideas welcome.

Deahtbringer Flight is pretty meh. It'll usually kill one thing really hard... Unless it's a T6 or better monstrous creature, or a Superheavy, or has Eternal Warrior. You know-the things you really want killed really hard.

Outside that, have you considered more Tomb Blades?

I would recommend dropping the Deathmarks and Doomscythes. freeing up 500 points and i would use:

I would replace with 1x Monolith.. deepstrike behind enemy lines and get your warriors in close for rapid fire guass from behind. 200 points

Give wraiths all whip coils.. Initative 5 in combat meaning they most of the time hit first even when charged and only 3 points a model worth it. extra 18 points for the unit (6) Wraiths

Give your warlord nightmare shroud (2+ armour save) with the phase shifter 4+ inv save and 4+ ream save from the formation. makes him hard to kill. 35 points

Third squad of warriors would help you in objectives and firepower extra 10 shots at 24" or 20 at 12". Glance/ wound any target on a 6+ regardless of the stats due to gauss rule, makes dealing with dreadnoughts and wraithknights much easier. (glance to death) 130 Points

Second Squad of immortals would be good for sitting on objectives and having long range guass too. 85 points

with your 1st immortal squad i would change them to guass too. but its donw to the army you playing against, Armour = Gauss, Horde = tesla

then with that gives you 32 points left to spend but makes your army much for deadly and quicker.

remenber with your Havest and Reclamination legion you also get the Decon Legion rule too from the codex page: 62-63 gives both formations 4+ reanimation

Hope this helps

I will say that Flying Multiple Doom Scythes around in formation is a lot of fun, so if you are playing for that Go right ahead! I have 3 in the formation in a 1850 list that I like with 5 Deathmarks.

P'tah Dynasty
Iron Warriors
Dark Eldar

I'd drop the Deathmarks and the Doomscythes.
In this way you could get another Canoptek formation and bolster the Tomb Blades.
Then if you have pts to spare, take a Nightscythe giving one unit decent mobility.

I would keep the doomscythes. Cut down your warriors.

Get a ghost ark. They can be very OP. All you need to do is protect it.

Make a royal court.

Pretty much what wuestenfux said.
Or you could add a destroyer cult.
