I'm doing a conversion on a commissar and I'm looking for alternate heads to use. Would prefer a head that was bald with perhaps a monacle...or perhaps a naval officer head of some kind. Any ideas on where I can find a bit like that?

If you want bald head try genestealers neophytes - some of them look as any normal human and have nice eyewear.
If you want officer look - tempestus scions have some amount of heads in nice beret and many have badass beard.
