I've recently got into Admech and have been looking at some conversion ideas for models. I've always been a fan of the Thallax models and was wondering has anyone had decent conversions to use them in 40k for either Admech or Skitarii? From what I've found it sounds like they are on 40mm bases which currently I don't have any in my army but I'd really like to incorporate these models somehow. Mostly I'm looking at alternatives to replace the breachers and destroyer models because I'm personally not a fan of how they look and would like something else.

They'd work great for breachers/destroyers imo. Theyre rather large (bigger than terminators) and highly poseable. Weapon changes might be a slight problem if you want them "holding" the gun as all the guns have the hands moulded on so you only get one "free hand" per set. The lightning guns look suitably nasty and ornate to work as a number of nasty weapons though and a barrel change would be easy enough.
