GW sells great stuff for making scenery and basing, skulls and broken buildings etc

Is there good supplies of skeletons, more like rib cages (other than converting some sort of WHFB skele troop - looking for something a bit more suited to the task) - or some fallen guardsmen/power armor guys

I found a good post where some regular SM troops were converted, looks pretty good

I've added some BFTBG to my infantry bases and it looks great but I plan to assemble a playing table/diorama eventually. Trying to plan ahead for making some scenery that will explain why the bad guys here have blood on them, and maybe add a fuller skeleton other than just skulls to some larger model bases.

The AoS Skeleton Warriors may be what you're looking for. It has many skulls, and some ribcages as well.
