For the DWRF the HQ choice from it must be equipped with terminator armor, I would suggest taking the Libby, upgrading him to ML 2 and giving him a storm bolter. I would also suggest an apothecary in the DWCS, 5 pts. for FNP. A champ is also a solid choice for AP2 at initiative. It'll be hard for the multi meltas to have an effect when they're footslogging. I would cut the Tactical squads down and get transports for the vets and swap the MM and storm bolters for melta guns in a pod. Finally I'm not really seeing a purpose for the Dreadnought and Land Raider, none of your termies can start in there because they have to be placed in DS reserve.

As KhanJohn pointed out, you need an HQ with Terminator Armor in the DW Redemption Force. Also, you should be aware Terminators are overpriced and underpowered. Investing in two squads of them is handicapping yourself.

Your Company Master does not have good equipment. The power fist is marginal, but it's not awful. The plasma pistol is a complete waste of points. A power fist and a lightning claw would be okay, and would cost the same points. Better would be the Mace of Redemption - cheaper and generally better.

I'd also upgrade the Librarian to ML2.

The Company Veteran Squads are not doing anything you couldn't do with Tac Squads. Storm bolters are, again, a waste of points, and of no use against anything you'd fire the multimelta at. Company Vets are best used as a drop pod alpha strike unit - equip them with meltaguns and a couple combi-meltas, and pod them in to vaporize an enemy asset.

The Terminators, other than being underpowered, are largely fine. Ditch the plasma cannon, take an assault cannon.

The Dreadnought is also kind of a meh choice. AV12 isn't very durable in the current meta, and being armed with a single multimelta it isn't going to accomplish much. There's something to be said for a Dread with a twin linked heavy flamer and a heavy flamer upgrade for the power fist delivered via drop pod, but Blood Angels and vanilla Marines have an advantage with that kind of thing, due to the Furiouso and Ironclad Dreads, respectively.

The Tac Squad are also kind of a waste of points to just have 10 guys on foot to tote a single lascannon. Invest in transports for the squads, and a special weapon and matching combi-weapon sergeant for each. Also, grav cannons are usually the best heavy weapon for a Tac Squad.

There's really no reason you couldn't do this list as a single CAD. Take the Vets out. Field the lascannons in a small Dev Squad. Put the multimeltas in the Tac Squads. Re-invest the points from the Vet Squads on another Tac Squad, and transports for all of them. Put a little more kit on your Tac Squads so they can fulfill more functions than just being bodies around a heavy weapon. Get a drop pod for the Dreadnought. That list won't be the best, but it'll be better.
