Cleaned up my reaper (bones) dragon turtle and a pathfinder priestess to use in our pulp alley campaign. Still got all the paintwork to do but at least they're ready for it now.

Built the first half of my game table. Wanted some storage underneath and it really helped stabilize the legs too. Need to do the same thing all over again and be extra careful to get the height exactly the same for any bigger games. It's rogih but I'm pleased with somewhere between 2-4 hours of work as a completely inexperienced carpenter/woodsmith.

I played two games today.

The first was my first game of Warmaster, where I lead a Chaos force to victory against a High Elves list. I had a lot of fun, and I'm now contemplating abandoning Kings of War in favor of token Warmaster armies, as I think it provides a better mass-fantasy battle game.

My second game was my second demo of Fistful of Lead: Reloaded, and I lost, again, thanks in part to my own poor dice rolling. Two of my gunslingers decided to keel over after taking a single wound, and my last remaining cowboy couldn't get back on his feet before the enemy posse gunned him down in the town's street.

I have nothing left to paint that's not on the trades table.
Thinking about picking up 10 Tempestus Scions to play the extra DWOK mission in WD 114 but I'm in no hurry to have to build and paint more stuff any time soon.

Managed to get 3 missions of BaC in today at the FLGS.
Got my head handed to me all 3 times.

Welp I finished up the base trimming - all 300 and something of them are trimmed down to a (roughly equal) size. Now to file the sides and sand the underside.

Got a bit done actually:

-Organized a massive Grey Knight army that I scored in a trade; not sure what I'm going to do with three different metal Sterns, four grandmasters, 50 something terminators, and god knows how many power-armored guys. Ugh.
-Finished stripping a Land Raider the guy was nice enough to toss into said trade and I've started rebuilding it - there were at least three coats of paint on the poor thing.
-Naturally, while organizing my one army, I decided that the whole office/hobby room needed a good organizing...so I did that too. Now I have a lot of free desk space, but haven't found a spot to put my other projects while I work on my Grey Knights...guess it's time to visit the container store!

Bought a Merkava for my modern Israelis, finished making the Achzarit, and started on a terrain piece in the style of a Bedouin shack (or something similar, given I only know one guy with Arab forces, so most games'll be alt-history fights against the Russians).

Finished constructing the chassis of a Land Raider I'd stripped recently...sadly I didn't notice that one side of the track assembling didn't accept a piece from the hull fully until after I'd reattached the top of the tank.

Now there's a gap on the back near the exhaust and while it's surely not noticeable...I know it's there and that's enough.

Nice work!

Man that makes me realize how few extras I actually have for imperial assault. Good work all around!

Not sure I'll get anything done this weekend. If I get half a chance though I'd like to build the other half of my gaming table. Doing the shelves would be nice too but I'd have to have a whole afternoon to get both projects done.

Failing the above, I may try to slop a little paint around, the queue is never gonna get shorter so the more I can work through the more stuff I can get to. Err.. bit redundant there.

I'm going to be busting butt to get an 1850 Renegades and Heretics army to tabletop standard. I have a game tomorrow that will be against a pro painted army on a very nice table. There are going to be some pictures being taken and I don't want my army being under dressed for the event!

I've got about 20 more infantry to get a few extra colors on, as well as some tank details!
