Subject: 200pt KILL TEAM Video Battle Report - Inquisition Vs. Dark Angels
TGIF, AMIRITE?!?!! ... Let's celebrate the weekend arriving with a brand-new Glacial Geek KILL TEAM Battle Report! https://youtu.be/PcCfRgi5LpE This week I take on the Inquisition! When Exterminatus has been declared, any signs of life left on the planet's surface will be burned from existence. Often Exterminatus will only be launched after the population centers have been evacuated to preserve the lives of as many loyal Imperial citizens as possible. Though when the Inquisition discovers the existence of a chaos cult hidden within the population, sometimes lives have to be sacrificed to stop it spreading. The Dark Angels, though, don't agree with the decision this time and continue to evacuate the population against the objections of the Inquisition. The Ordo does not take kindly to being ignored ... Will the Sons of the Lion be able to stop the Inquisition and allow themselves the time necessary to evacuate the planet, or will the Ordo Malleus enforce their decision and begin the wholesale slaughter of this planet's populace for the greater benefit of mankind? Watch and find out!

Well, that was a close one! Kill Team sure seems fast-paced, which is perfect for when you don't have time for a full game of 40k with full-size armies. I'm probably going to give it a try, as there are times when I don't have much time but would still like to play. Plus, the Kill Team box has Marines and Tau in it, both of which I play.
I am curious, though: about how much time did it take to play that game (considering that the batrep skips the boring stuff like actually measuring and moving the models)?
My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

For myself a game can be between 1 1/2 hrs to 2hrs. Depends on the knowledge of the players.

I HIGHLY recommend Kill Team! It's a ton of fun and it goes WAY faster than regular 40K games! ... The games I've played have taken about 45 minutes to an hour from setup to final roll. I can actually film two battle reports of Kill Team (which takes longer because of filming and such) in less time than it takes me to film one battle report of regular 40K!
