Obvious gay jokes aside, is there anything about this legion? I saw one of the old rouge trader pictures with all of the legions, and I remember the old land raiders actually had a decal of their emblem on the sheets. Just curious if there was any history on them and if they still exist.

I think they were destroyed by the Sororitas though I can not remember the details.

The idea that they were destroyed by the Sisters is based almost entirely upon that one picture - which is incredibly weak support.

Homeworld was Prism, which has records deleted below it on the Imperial charts. That's about all I can add.

They're mentioned in passing in the deathwatch audiobook Mission: Purge, where a space wolf is trying to annoy a blackshield by repeatedly trying to guess his chapter.
The rainbow warriors are referred to as "proud sons of Gulliman".

The Death strike chapter are said to bear a grudge against the Ultramarines for destroying their brother chapter, with the hint that it's the Rainbow Warriors by the extreme similarity of their chapter symbols. It's almost as weak a connection as the picture above but it's something.

I would say that it's definitely not a stretch to say that they still exist. They participated in the 'The Blood Star Campaign', which is dated at 748.M41. While it is not impossible for them to have been destroyed or otherwise disbanded between then and 999.M41, I personally find it unlikely.
Other than that, I don't think there's really much more information on them beyond what's been mentioned here.
P.S. They haven't been a Legion in a long, long time (Since the 3rd Ed. of WD when they retconned them into being a Chapter)

They were never a legion. Warhammer 40,000 was always set in the 41st Millennium, the twelve chapters in the 1st edition rulebook were just a random selection of the thousand chapters operational in the 41st Millennium. (The earliest mention of the First Founding stated only 7 were still extant in the 41st Millennium, and the first of the twelve to get fleshed out was stated to be 3rd Founding)

To be fair, the text accompanying that picture does talk about how the Sisters were used to purge disloyal elements of the Imperium. I agree its not exactly hard proof, but it certainly could be used to support an assumption.

Rainbow Warriors were squatted. At this point, all references to them are just that. References for fun. They're kind of the "in joke" of the 40K universe.

There's no support for any assumption that the Rainbow warriors were destroyed from even that though.
The Relictors were purged, and yet there's still a bunch of them running about (even still being loyal to the Imperium).
