Returning to the hobby after 5 years absence.. I have a bunch of nice chaos renegade/cultists miniatures. Where do I find a proper and legal army list to field them? In the CSM codex?
Thanks in advance!

Depends how much is cultists and how much is Marines. You may have to go to Forge World for that. IA:13 and IA:Seige of Vraks both have versions, but Seige is a stronger option. It simply focuses more on Nurgle than 13 does. 13 is more balanced. You might even need to get CSM and Astra Militarum...

Thanks for the answear! But didn't GW release renegades as starter kit for 6th or seventh edition? If so, didn't they publish some official rules to accompany the models? :/

There's a single Troops unit in the current CSM Codex if you really want, but it's far from an actual army list.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.

They did, but it's only for human cultists. That's the only unit in the csm codex that isn't a space marine or daemon/engine.

The Forgeworld lists actually allow for full human armies with appropriate tanks and what have you.
