Have been having a fair ammount of success with my ironjawz for a while now (only playing against khorne daemons with mortal allies and against clan pestilens lists so far though) and wondered how competitive people thought it was....

2000pts spot on (means i always miss out on tributes but meh ;-) )

I love the megaboss on foot model, and he helps out by babysitting the brutes for rerolls..... but i could be tempted to swap him for a shaman for a bit of emergency magic defence and a bit of survivability from mystic shield. Also, im not 100% sold on the gorefist.... it has been very helpful in most of my games but comes to 660pts..... i could get some more hard hitting units for that but the crazy fast movement they have is grest for catching unguarded war machines and/or mages etc.. keeping it for now but always open to ideas/suggestions

Note that for each battalion in your force, you can choose one additional Hero to have an artefact. With two battalions in your force, both the Megaboss and Warchanter can have artefacts of their own.
