This is a collection of the finished units I have worked on in my 30k Iron Warriors army P&M blog. I'm going to put them all here, so that they are view-able together. No it's just gloss nuln oil on top of Vallejo steel highlighted with leadbelcher (characters and vehicles get a further highlight of iron breaker). I've seen a few iw paint jobs that used brown in the shading, which does work well. I don't think it would have looked right on mine though as the majority don't have brown on the base, so the silver wouldn't be reflecting it. What are you considering the scheme for? Worth trialling it on a few test models.

What have you used for the missile launchers on the backs of the Siege Tyrants? Might have to borrow that idea for my Fulmentarii.

Cyclones are from the dark angels terminator box, eBay and a file to remove the wings.

Stunning! I thought and IW chaplain would be rather foolish, and not their type, but you've made it work! I'm a rather big fan of your tanks as well.

And oh yes! Perty is bought and waiting for my courage to rise high enough to tackle him. Once the mkiii stuff and a few command structure units are done, he'll make an appearance on my painting table, alongside a couple of iron circle bots and the tormentor
