Hello people :3
I'm a rather normal, 20ish years old Italian guy... And...
Well...
Ok, lets talk of Warhammer, I'm very intrested in the game per se and the aestetic value of miniatures, so proxying and third party models will be my standards, as I am more intrested in having an army that I can really feel mine...
I started WH two years ago but dropped it to lack of time, painting skill and money (expecially money)...
I still have my little half coloured Csm army, but I always liked the look and the playstile of the Tau Empire so I'll be focussing on them...
More than anything I would like to post my ideas for army lists and my doubts on the rules and strategies, so if any kind soul can direct me to the specific threads I'll be more than happy to share my personal dose of madness and noobness in the forums
Thank you in advance and sorry for the super long text -.-"
I'll control myself in the future, I promise

To the next time

Welcome and nice intro . I'm personally a huge fan of third party models and conversions! If done well, it can really make your army unique. Just try to convert things like weapons to be very recognizable, maybe even using GW bits.

For modeling inspiration, I'd like to point you to this thread: Dubstep Tau. Not the theme so much, but some of the conversions are just awesome!

For tactics, and rules, there is a section for each and you can post any rules questions in "40k You Make Da Call"

Thank you for the super fast an helpful reply!
I really appreciated :3
For now bye, you'll find me in those forum posting list and asking things that I don't feel like to look up myself, due to inexperience (best marker lighter units, viable big veicles in skirmishes, sniper drone usefulness, things like that)
Byebye and thanks again

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...
