It's a tad taller than 10 inches... like 10 and a 1/2" if you count the spires. Built by the box it's about 8" deep and 12" wide.

If you're bashing it with the cities of death, the front eagle is 3 panels wide and 3 tall. While the other walls (IIRC) are 2 panels wide by 3 tall.
