Are you guys getting already released items or the new preorder items?

I was going to preorder, but it said something like those items weren't released for almost two months yet.

All mine was existing stuff from Coolminiornot when they ran their sale. Should be here tomorrow per the tracking!

Reeves is pretty neat, but the little details are killing it for me. How does he draw his guns from those cinched up holsters?

I actually think that's the correct level for crossdraw, butt of the gun neat your waist.

Marcus's pose is a huge improvement IMO and I love Jake's hat addition. Hick's facial expression is also great!

Really not a fan of Zarelda Kincade/Zoe's weird lady bodybuilder cheesecake look. She was the most no-nonsense character on the show and the look just doesnt fit. As noted, River's feet look kind of monkey-ish too.

I'd like to see a Shepherd Book too. He always gets the short end of the stick on homage figures.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Taking back my objection to River's feet, I just saw she has the Cerulean tag on her card, so she isnt fully human!

hi warcradle team,
now that the book is official i was wondering if there are final drafts of the cards and a place to download them?

I'm not with warcradle, but I think they're now finalized here.

2nd edition physical product will ship with the new cards, and decks will be released in November.

I do gotta say seeing the conquistadors in the warrior nation left me scratching my head. They, uhh.. didnt exactly have a good relationship with the indigenous folks lol. But since I'm all in on WN, looks like I'll be grabbing a few more Spaniards!

and now i have ANOTHER question =P

i was looking at the preorders and i was just wondering if the kits like the enlightened seekers and widowmakers are just repackaging of the old hand kits or are the something new entirely?

They look like they're the same, comparing them to mine. Weird they split them up into two boxes of five. It unfortunately makes them more expensive vs the standard 5 close combat/5 ranged.

Ghostbusters posse looks sweet! Will they have some other hands options I wonder? The abominations don't quite fit aesthetically IMO.

So no more crown or celestials in wwx?
Did they have any models specific to their factions?

What a shame they didn't know that before releasing the 2.0 rulebook.

I look forward to seeing where things go.

Celestial/Crown had a few models, but they were all dual faction anyways, and not enough to run a posse. Nimue was crown for example, but that always seemed odd to me, as Nemo wasn't exactly a fan of the British. Speaking of which, anyone know why Zarelda Kincaide is Confederate? That struck me as highly unusual/troubling for a POC.

I was looking forward to seeing some African Warrior Nation expansion though, as there would be some really cool model designs. Wondering if we'll get a warmachine/hordes situation going where WWX is specifically in the American frontier and they have another game set in the rest of the world.

I like the tutorials! Keep em up. Helpful for new painters and some new tricks for long timers too.

I really hope Calamity Jane is available separately. I have everyone else. That's an awesome sculpt!

Liking Infernal Investigations too.

Those are lookin sharp. After I run the Valentine's gauntlet I may have to treat myself!

The etched on wiring looks a little odd, but should be simple enough to fix.

Huh. Was hoping for more channels to get Warcradle products in the US. Last times I just ordered from Wayland, but tend to wait until I have enough to get free shipping.

Got my Deadly Seven posse this week and was pleasantly surprised that it was all HIPS! I saw a recent unboxing of Absolute Power and saw it was all resin. Is there a list of which sets are in HIPS and which are in resin?

Hmm, wonder if the vehicles are being redone (and cheaper). The great elk had a nice price drop. Hoping for something similar when it's the wendigo's turn

...all of the items in the Complex Red range were developed from designs by Red Beam developed quite some time ago.

I didn't mean to imply that you'd stolen the design, I meant to imply that your using a design so astoundingly similar to a set that has been done multiple times by multiple companies over the course of decades, and is still regularly available from some of them, comes across as very lazy and unexciting.

That's a little harsh. The designs are basic, but so is every grass/street/desert gaming mat released. There's certainly a place for starter terrain. Where I think they missed is in the price, as the Wild West Exodus range has a lot more detail for only a small amount more. I believe TTCombat is also cheaper for similar items and has more detail as well. Maybe these structures are way bigger than I think or something?

How big are these gentlemen supposed to be?

The renders make me think they'd be on the medium bases as opposed to the typical small ones used for regular humans, but that may just be the proportions of the renders playing tricks on me.

Definitely fun sculpts!

They're both on medium bases (roughly 40mm, but WWX has their unique base sizes). Stat cards are here

Since Wild West Exodus seems to be set around the American Civil War, is the Confederacy playable in any sort of capacity or not?

Would this faction show up in Dystopian Wars or not?

Yeppers! In general, you can run them under Outlaws, but Annabelle Hamilton can also be run under Enlightned with her Dixie Resurrection crew. Their faction cards are linked below.

https://www.wildwestexodus.com/factions/confederates

not sure if they'll turn up in Dystopian Wars. I think the war was ongoing in that setting, but in the Wild West Exodus, the Confederacy lost the war, but exists as kind of an insurgency. The Union is too preoccupied with dealing with the Warrior Nation and the Enlightened to fully control the south.

I hope the balconies on the cat house are wide enough to support figures standing on them.

One of my biggest gripes with other companies is not making their ledges and walkways have enough space for figures to stand on.

That hasn't been an issue I've seen with the Red Oak line yet though. Been pretty please with all my buildings so far.

You should be OK w small or medium bases. I think Large likely won't fit.

REALLY glad to see those totems get down to a more reasonable price! I'll probably pick up a second set just for basing/terrain bits.

Now we just need booby traps to not cost $20 for 4 30mm base inserts heh.

Also liking that the new tumbler is a different sculpt. Does it have various head/weapon options?
