Hello beyond. I'm going to play some Zone Mortalis. And I have no really handle on what a good list would be. Can help would be great. Thanks.

At 500 points the Legiones Astartes list is a touch difficult to work with, but it's possible. And I hate those guys who say it's impossible to play it at anything below 2000pts.

My suggestions would be:
Go for a Delegatus Centurion to get the Pride of The Legion RoW and two units of 10 Veterans. With upgrades that'll be 500 points. It' tiny but that's all you'll get.
Or
You could also go for bare bones Tactical Squads and a Contemptor with a cheap Centurion.

Or perhaps you could find a middle ground. Experiment and find what you like.

Heavy Flamers are amazing in zone mortalis

It is difficult to play 30k at such low points, but if you're going to do it, I would agree with what has been said above; Delegatus and Vets. Just so you know, this post should probably be in the 30k section, rather than 40k lists.
