1. If you're going for Marker Drones, yes, but it's perfectly fine with Gun Drones.
2. Yes. You already flagged it. I would only consider Shield Drones with a Tankmander designed to absorb wounds with Iridium Armour, Shield Generator and Stimulant Injector. With regular Crisis suits, I'd rather have Gun Drones. You still get a T4 ablative wound with the added bonus of guns.
As to tweaking, some units can be better points optimised. You only need one set of Retro Thrusters. Hit and Run on one model applies to the entire unit. If you're going the Thrusters route, try to keep at least one Drone alive. Drones have an impressive I4. I don't see what the solo Crisis suit in the 2nd list is doing. Did you forget to include it's weapons upgrades? Lose the 'ui upgrade in the Fire Warrior team. 10 points for one more LD, isn't worth it in my books. For those points, you can get another Fire Warrior. A better upgrade for the Broadside would be a Missile Drone for more dakka.

So using a suit with drone controller for markers is fine, ok that's good to know
I'll remove the extra drones, the fireblade should be safe anyway with the "Lookout, sir" rule, right?
Ah... the retro are applied to the whole unit, it's the same for things like the EWO and such?
The cisis in the second list in my mind had the duty to stay with a Drone squad...That I forgot to write in the thread , if I make it a shas'ui it could join them no?

Retro Thrusters (Hit and Run) affect the entire unit, but Early Warning Override (Interceptor) does not. You need to look at the rulebook to see what special rules do and do not affect entire units. To join another unit, you must be an Independent Character. Unfortunately, neither Shas'ui or Shas'vre Crisis suits are "Independent" characters.

Yeah, I looked on the rulebook that I got with Dark Vengeance, but but I didn't trusted it as it's a bit old (2+ years) and many rules have changed, I'll correct as as I find an extensive pdf to "study on" xd
