Comments, suggestions, and ideas please!

The idea/theme behind this army I am planning for casual play;

Turn 1: Deathwatch pods in and start shooting everything to bits. Ironstrider formation hopefully outflanks and rushes towards whatever deathwatch did not manage to kill. The 50 Vanguard blob scouts and marches up the board shooting everything in the path with arc rifles and plasma calivers (if the other player does not care about FAQ, Imma drop pod them in with the 1st wave)

Turn 2: Deathwatch pods in some more Marines to shoot more things to bits or soften things up for charging. Ironstrider charges and poke artillery and important bits apart. Vanguard blob tarpit important things to reduce toughness or shoot other things to radioactive sludge.

Turn 3: ...?

Turn 4: Profit?

Alternate take: Ironstrider or just 5 dragoons starts on board and march across the board to scare people.
